As long as she can remember Nina Bernice van de Ven (21.02.1985) has been busy with hair. It started with cutting layers in her Barbie doll’s hairdo and eventually led her to hair school. When she was 16 Nina started her education in Amsterdam at Kinki Kappers, where she worked for over eight years and eventually taught classes. But Nina wanted more and she started working at Mogeen to develop in the field of hairstyling. Nina has a strong technique and names cutting long hair as one of her specialties. “My favorite thing is to make people pretty.”

Inspiration
“I can get inspired by everything around me whether it is people, flowers, beautiful shapes. I also get a lot of great ideas from books and films. For example there is some gorgeous hair in the movie Public Enemy with Johnny Depp.”

“That at that moment I will try and give you as much love and attention as I can. I want to make a client feel great.”
